**Take Exit 3, Rte 33 Greenland. Left onto 33W. Go left at TravelPort / McDonald's intersection onto Ocean Rd. First set of lights, take a right onto Route 1 South. We are about a mile up on the left.
FROM MANCHESTER
293 South to 101 East. Stay on 101 East toward “Seacoast” & “Portsmouth”. After 25 minutes or so, take 95 North exit ($.50 toll). **Follow directions above from here.
FROM PORTLAND
95 South to NH. Cross Piscatacqua Bridge, take Exit 5 “Portsmouth Circle”. Stay to the right when the exit forks (follow the blue & white “H” hospital signs). Take your 2nd exit off the circle marked “Route 1 Bypass South” Continue south for about 5 miles. We are on the left.
