We are one of only a handful of pet-friendly motels in the Seacoast NH area and we are more accommodating than most! However, for the safety and comfort level of all guests, we must enforce a pet policy. Please review the following rules before leaving home.

Rosewood Inn Pet Policy

1. Pet charge: $10 for 1st pet, $5 for add'l pets per night. $50 per week.
2. We have specific pet-friendly rooms available, so please mention if you are bringing your four-legged friend at the time of making the reservation.
3. Please make sure that all pets are up to date on all vaccines and flea treatments.
4. Pets left unattended in the room must be crated.
5. All dog waste must be scooped immediately, tightly sealed in a plastic bag and put into dumpster. Plastic bags for dog waste are available at the front desk at the cost of 10 for $2.00.
6. All dogs must be leashed and under your control at all times.
7. Please use "odor control" cat litter. Cat litter must be sealed in plastic bags and thrown in trash after use.
